The Regional Food Bank is a great place to work. We have a dedicated team that is committed to our mission of alleviating hunger and preventing food waste.

The general work schedule is weekdays (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. for the warehouse and 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for the office), although there are occasional evening and weekend events that may require staff coverage. Hourly employees are paid overtime when the work requires more than 40 hours per week. All Food Bank employees are entitled to the following benefits:

• Full Individual Health Insurance Coverage (with CDPHP), which includes a prescription plan that pays 50% of prescription costs.

If an employee needs family medical coverage, the Food Bank will pay the cost of individual coverage plus half the difference between individual and family coverage (about 70% of the total cost).
